Problems logging in?

If you're having trouble logging in to our platform, we've listed the most common connection problems below.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

1. Reset your password

It's not uncommon to forget your password. Don't worry, to remedy this and log in to your PhysioAcademy account again, we invite you to go to the "Forgot your password?" page and follow the instructions below:

  • Enter your email address in the “EMAIL” field
  • Check the “I am not a robot.” reCAPTCHA box
  • And click the RESET button

A green banner will appear informing you that an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided.

Good to know:

  • If you have exceeded the time limit for resetting your password, a red banner will appear and you will need to repeat the first step of resetting your password.
  • If you did not receive the password reset email: Make sure the address you entered is correct (spelling, spaces, lowercase, uppercase, etc.).

2. Go to your email inbox

  • Open the email from PhysioAcademy Customer Support
  • Click on "Set new password"

3. Set your new password

  • Type your new password in the first field
  • Confirm your new password in the second field
  • And click the SET NEW PASSWORD button

A green banner will appear: you've succeeded, your password has been updated! You can now log into your PhysioAcademy account.

If you've already tried to retrieve your password and were unsuccessful, please try again.

NO ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EMAIL ADDRESS

In some cases, a failed connection may not be due to a forgotten password, but to an error in your email address.If you have more than one, make sure that the one you use to reset your password is the one you used to create your PhysioAcademy account.

NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your PhysioAcademy account, you will not be able to reset your password using another email address for confidentiality reasons. In this case, we recommend that you contact the web service that hosts your email address to regain access to it.
